Disclosures
Plain statements about what Mainspring is, what it is not, and how we work — so there is no ambiguity for clients, communities, or regulators.
Nature of our services
Mainspring Healthcare Partners, LLC provides management consulting and advisory services to senior living owners and operators. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, medical practice, or licensed healthcare provider, and nothing we publish or deliver constitutes legal, tax, or medical advice.
Clinical boundaries
Our consultants — including nurse consultants — advise, audit, and train. They do not provide or direct resident care during engagements. Where an engagement includes a consultant serving as the licensed administrator of record, that role and the applicable state licensure are identified expressly in the engagement agreement.
Regulatory outcomes
State and federal agencies alone determine survey results, licensure, and enforcement outcomes. Mainspring commits to the quality of its work and evidence — never to a regulatory result.
Our consultant network
Engagements may be delivered by qualified independent contractors from Mainspring's vetted network of executive directors and nurses, working under written agreement with Mainspring and matched to the licensure requirements of the client's state.
Confidentiality and resident privacy
Client engagements operate under confidentiality agreements. Where work involves access to resident records, we execute business associate agreements, access the minimum necessary, and de-identify findings in written reports.
Results and references
We publish client names, testimonials, or engagement results only with written consent. Any industry statistics we cite are drawn from public sources and identified as such.
