How we work

A disciplined engagement, from first read to handback.

Engagements are led by senior operators and organized around defined outcomes — census, staffing, survey readiness, financial footing — with progress measured weekly and fixed fees tied to milestones. You will always know where things stand, and what remains.

The engagement model

1

Diagnostic sprint

Five days on-site, led by a senior operator, at a fixed fee. Findings sized in dollars, targets set with numbers and dates, and execution scoped and priced.

2

Stabilize

Immediate risks first — the survey response, the leadership gap, the cash pressure. First measurable wins inside 30 days.

3

Rebuild

Fixed-scope execution billed on milestones: systems, staffing model, budget, referral relationships — with the terms as clear as the work.

4

Hand back, measured

Outcomes reached, documented, and verified on the scorecard. We transition the operation to permanent leadership, ready to run without us.

The terms we work on

Accountability, in writing.

Senior operators — every engagement is led by people who have run communities.

Defined outcomes — targets with numbers and dates, agreed before the work begins.

Fixed, milestone-based fees — the full cost is clear from the start, and tied to progress.

A weekly scorecard — census, labor, survey readiness, cash, reviewed together every week.

A defined end — engagements conclude when the outcome is reached.

  • Diagnostic on-site within 2 weeks
  • First measurable wins inside 30 days
  • A scorecard reviewed together, weekly
  • Fixed scope, milestone billing

Straight answers

What does an engagement cost?
Fees are fixed, set by scope, and tied to milestones — the full cost is clear before the work begins. We staff every engagement with senior people, and our fees reflect that.
Do you guarantee results?
We put numbers and dates on every engagement and publish a weekly scorecard against them. Regulatory outcomes belong to the agencies alone; performance accountability is ours, in writing.
Who actually shows up?
Senior operators — people who have held the seat themselves, matched to your state's licensure and your community type.
How fast do you move?
The diagnostic is on-site within two weeks of signing, and the first measurable improvements typically land inside 30 days.
Can we engage for the diagnostic alone?
Yes — it stands on its own. Most clients continue into execution because the targets and scope are already set by the end of the week.
Is resident information protected?
Yes. Chart review happens on-site in your systems, findings are de-identified in reports, and we execute a business associate agreement when required.
